The combination of a European spruce top and rosewood back & sides is a classic formula for acoustic guitars. We chose spruce with a tight grain and high stiffness for precise response and clear tonal layering with every stroke.
The rosewood gives the tone broad bass and silky-smooth sustain, making every note resonate like it’s on a three-dimensional stage.
The entire guitar is treated with an open-pore matte finish that doesn’t block the wood’s natural resonance, but makes it directly audible. The body responds quickly, while the upper mids and highs radiate clarity and airiness.
The mother-of-pearl You’s logo on the headstock and the diamond inlays on the wood-free fretboard add classic touches.
Equipped with the Duo Pickup System (piezo + microphone) and a nut width of 45 mm, this instrument is specifically tailored to the playing habits of European musicians – comfortable, controllable, and musical.
